Celebrating handmade is important in communities as it emphasises individuality, creativity, ownership and expression of ideas, it creates an opportunity for concepts to develop and a world for us to share creativity and inspiration.
This blog is all about ‘handmade’ and the people behind the innovative designs and ideas. If you follow my Instagram page you will see that I post photos of bags made by myself and other designers. This blog will feature various different types of handmade items such as jewellery, clothing and furniture. This will become a space for hand-makers to share their designs and passion and for other hand-makers to gather inspiration and knowledge on running a small independent business, creating as a hobby and to find general information about the amazing world of ‘handmade’.
